This page explains what data this site collects, what for, and how you can control it. It applies to barbeariaasgard.com.

Who is responsible

Cookies

We only use measurement cookies (Google Analytics), and only if you accept in the notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, the site still works and no Google code is loaded.

Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, delete this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how many press "Book now". The data is aggregated and the IP address is not stored by GA4. Provider: Google Ireland Limited.

Bookings

Bookings are made on Tapinfy, at app.barbeariaasgard.com and barbeariaasgard.tpfy.app, which has its own privacy policy. This site does not collect name, phone or email.

Applications and school

The application form and the school buttons send nothing to this site: they open WhatsApp with the message already written, and you only send it if you want to. From then on, WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.

Messages on WhatsApp

• When you write to the WhatsApp of an Asgard shop, your message, your number and your WhatsApp profile name are stored in our management system, so the shop team can reply to you.
• A person from the team replies. The team gets a phone notification when a message arrives, with only your name and the shop, never the text.
• We keep conversations for 6 months after the last message. They are then deleted automatically.
• If you reply PARAR (stop), you will no longer receive WhatsApp campaigns.
• Do not send us health data or other sensitive data on WhatsApp.
• Legal basis: replying to your request and managing your bookings (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Maps

The maps on the shop pages come from OpenStreetMap and only load when you reach that part of the page. OpenStreetMap does not use advertising cookies.

Companies that process data on our behalf

• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics): measuring visits, only if you accept the cookies.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): sending and receiving WhatsApp messages. Meta keeps messages for up to 30 days.
• Supabase: database of the management system, in a European Union region (Frankfurt).
• Browser notification services (Google, Apple, Mozilla, Microsoft): notices to the team's devices, with encrypted content.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it and object to its processing. To do so, write to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
